Claire Templer Design

Claire Templer Design is a Margate-based wallpaper and interiors studio founded by Claire Templer. Guided by the ethos “Inspired by nature, curated for people,” the studio brings together colour, pattern and natural influences to create interiors with depth, character and a strong sense of place.

At Decorex 2026, Claire Templer Design presents Apothecary, its debut wallpaper collection inspired by British flora, folklore and the English apothecary tradition. Developed through three years of research, observation and plant pressing, the collection comprises five botanical designs across 25 distinctive wallcoverings.

Each pattern celebrates the character and movement of plants historically valued for their medicinal qualities, while the considered palette draws on nature and historic colour references. Designed for both period and contemporary interiors, the collection ranges from expressive and dramatic to quietly grounded, creating a meaningful connection between the home and the natural world.
